I’ve given a lot of thought to that question, I’m glad your asking! I’m not planning to use this space for recipes for a few reasons that are probably pretty controversial.
#1 The internet is saturated with free recipes.
I’m not trying to outrun the pack of food writers on the internet posting recipes everyday. I rely on them too! I google “sourdough pretzels” and “avocado chocolate mousse” with the rest of the food-loving planet. Whatever recipe you are looking for, I can say with 99.99% certainty it already exists in the vastness that is the internet cookbook.
#2 Writing recipes is work.
I especially love to see my recipes in print, so up at the top you’ll see a page called “Clips.” This is what writers call examples of their past work. I’ll keep that updated as best as I can.
#3 I want to get out the way of friends of mine who are doing recipes incredibly well!
May I recommend these to get you started?
